Shipping and delivery of products

Correct customer's address and postcode/zip code, user's up-to-date telephone number and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products. All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or a wrong phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, notify a change in a phone number or have any other special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible; however, we will do our best to make these modifications, but we can’t guarantee them.

We deliver to Customers to most places in the world. Some products are packaged and shipped separately. Standard delivery times are shown on our site. It is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order and are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make delivery of product as simple as possible.

Order modifications

Once you have clicked the “confirm” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel the order. If you want to change some order parameters, like the address, name or size, please contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that the modification will be done, but we will do our best to do so. Speed is of the essence here!

Lost items

We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by the carrier or in the event of non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

Misprinted, damaged and defective items

Submit any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us using a form on the Returns & Exchanges page and check mark one of the following return reasons: "defective item", "damaged in shipment" or "received wrong item". 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
