Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. We ship from a variety of suppliers and warehouses located in the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia. Shipping method will vary based on your order.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Mexico, Europe and Asia). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 5-20 days for shipping to the US and 15-20 business days for international shipping. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all the changes. We try our best to make delivery of product as simple as possible.

We will send you the tracking code to the email you used to place your order. This email will guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information may be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment label has been prepared or the shipment has left the fulfillment center.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed once a shipping label has been prepared by the fulfillment center.

If you want to change some order parameters, like the address, name or size, please contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that the modification will be done, but we will do our best to do so. Speed is of the essence here!

Correct customer's address and postcode/zip code, user's up-to-date telephone number and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of products. All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address.
